DUNIA BARU

Interior refurbishment of a 51m two-masted Phinisi sailing yacht.

The objective was not to transform the character of Dunia Baru, but to enhance what was already there.
Working within the existing architecture and dark timber interiors, the design introduces a lighter palette of natural fabrics, neutral tones and carefully selected furniture and finishes. Existing elements were retained wherever possible, while new interventions were developed to sit comfortably within the vessel's traditional character.

The result is an intimate and relaxed interior that respects the craftsmanship and history of the yacht while bringing greater comfort and freshness to the guest experience.
