The refined design is then presented for client review, with any requested revisions carefully integrated to ensure the final design reflects both the client’s aspirations and a considered, polished outcome.

In this phase, we transform the refined conceptual design into a fully developed and executable scheme, working closely with all design and technical professionals involved. This stage involves preparing a comprehensive set of contract drawings and coordinating essential systems including lighting. Construction details are meticulously documented, while custom features—like bespoke joinery, paneling, and lighting—are carefully detailed. Production information for custom furniture is prepared, alongside a complete set of FF&E documents and specifications, ensuring that every aspect of the design is clearly communicated and ready for implementation.

This phase centres on the careful oversight of the design as it comes to life, ensuring that every element is executed with precision and integrity. We monitor construction to confirm alignment with drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements, while conducting site visits to review progress and address any queries that arise. Throughout the process, we provide ongoing clarification of design documentation, review shop drawings, samples, and product data, and assess workmanship to ensure it meets the agreed standards of quality.
