A refurbishment of a 51m, two-masted luxury yacht handcrafted in the classic architecture of a Phinisi wooden sailboat. Dunia Baru features seven en-suite cabins accommodating 14 guests.

Rather than make significant structural alterations, the design intention was to create a luxurious experience that evokes a sense of nostalgia and to create an understated yet modern elegance. The interior design is a subtle and sophisticated enhancement of an already beautiful ship. The spaces are personal, creating an authentic and intimate experience for the guests.

A selection of neutral and light colours complements the yacht’s dark interiors and timber cladding. The interior finishes and stylishly honour Dunia Baru’s traditional themes.
